Wopodo was created to take the hiring process into the 21st Century. Most employers are still using resumes as the primary pre-screening tool, reducing applicants to words on a piece of paper.

Wopodo opens the door for applicants to show their Spirit... their true self, through the use of DISC profiles and short video interview clips. Allowing applicants to be more than just words on paper... and enabling employers to interview or pre-screen dozens of applicants in the time it currently takes employers to interview just one applicant.

Wopodo was founded by a group of entrepreneurs that collectively have helped more than twenty-thousand professionals find rewarding careers over the last twenty years. Companies like Apple, Disney, GE, Intel, Oracle, Pfizer and Smith-Kline have all entrusted us with pre-screening and hiring decisions.

Wopodo combines the best of our combined experience with technology that automates the process of pre-screening applicants in a way that is most effective for both employers and the applicants themselves.

We are here because employers are being flooded with resumes and are having a difficult time finding the right person to hire and applicants are finding themselves represented by a single piece of paper out of thousands in the hope that they will actually get noticed by the employer. This is an equation that isn’t working for anyone.

What We Do

Wopodo helps employers get to know applicants by allowing the applicant to show that they are more than just words on a resume.

We use a proven personality assessment (DISC) as a filtering mechanism to ensure that the best applicants are personally interviewed. Additionally, by having applicants record 30 second videos answering to the best interview questions, employers are quickly able to determine who they would like to interview in person.

This process saves the employer significant time and investment and for the applicant ensures that if they are in fact the best candidate for the job, they will stand out and be recognized.
