Pre-Screening Done Right

Wopodo wants to help! We want to help you pre-screen your candidates so that we can bring more aspects of the applicant to your attention helping you decide who you want to spend time with in a face to face interview. We know that your time is valuable and you don't want to incur the expense of bringing someone in for that face to face interview only to determine in the first 5 minutes of the interview that they are not the right fit for the job.
By registering your open positions with Wopodo, we will provide you with our pre-screening service. When you register the job you will answer a few simple questions about the job and the characteristics of the ideal candidate to fill that position. We then take that information and formulate a “Job DISC profile” so now we know who your ideal candidate will be like.
Now you post your job opening on any job board, your company website or with any recruitment firm that you may utilize. Included in the job post will be a link for the candidate to apply for the job through the Wopodo site.
During the application process, the applicant will take their own personality assessment giving us a DISC personality profile summary for the applicant. Of course, we will have them upload the standard resume but we are not done yet, the personality assessment and resume are just two-thirds of the formula. The applicant will then record five 30 second interviews where they will be answering the top 5 typical pre-screening questions, these videos will then be made available to you during your pre-screening efforts.
When you are ready to begin pre-screening your applicants, you will see ALL applicants, with the % that their personality matches the personality that you require for the position, the applicants will be grouped into three categories attributed by Green, Yellow & Red stop lights based on whether their personality match is above 75% (Green), from 75-50% (Yellow) and below 50% (Red). Regardless of their grouping you will have complete access to screen the applicant's resume, their personality assessment the recorded interviews and any social networking profiles or blogs that they have referenced during their profile set up.
We believe that you will be able to filter and screen your candidates much faster and be more confident in the selections that you decide to bring in for that key face to face interview.
